It is our flagship online course — a practical, science-backed 5-step system to identify your emotional triggers, regulate your responses, and build lasting resilience. The course is video-based, designed to be completed in 7 days at just 15–20 minutes per day, and costs ₹499.

Each of the 5 modules takes 15–20 minutes to watch. You can go at your own pace. Most people complete it in a week, but you get lifetime access — so you can revisit any session whenever you need a reminder or a reset.

Mission Million is our movement to empower 1 million young Indians with emotional wellness skills. It started because too many talented young people are being held back not by lack of ability, but by anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. The program offers a 7-day course, two verifiable certificates, lifetime community access, and monthly mastermind meets — all for ₹375.

The 5-Step Program is the core individual course — focused on emotional rewiring at a personal level. We prefer in-person delivery for maximum engagement and impact, but we can accommodate hybrid or fully online formats for institutions in locations we cannot visit. Contact us to discuss what works best.

Khushbu has delivered workshops for groups as small as 30 and as large as several hundred students. The format and activities are adjusted based on batch size to maintain interaction quality.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and net banking from all major Indian banks. No international cards at this time.

Ambassadors spread awareness, drive enrolments, and earn real rewards: a certificate, a letter of recommendation, performance-based incentives (₹1,000–₹1,500 per 100 conversions), and potential internship opportunities.

Any currently enrolled college student with an interest in leadership, wellness, or social impact, and the ability to dedicate approximately 5 hours per week. No prior experience required — just enthusiasm and initiative.
